How much lead time do you need to secure filming permits?

It varies significantly by location and permit type. Some private locations can be confirmed within a few days. Council permits and permissions for complex public locations can take several weeks. We strongly recommend getting in touch as early as possible in the planning process so we can build appropriate lead time into the schedule.

Can you scout locations in Europe and internationally?

Yes. Through our network of trusted international fixers and local producers, we can support location scouting and permitting in most territories globally. The lead times and process for international locations vary by country and we will advise specifically based on your destination.

Do you provide location insurance?

Yes. Public liability insurance for location filming is included as part of our location management service. We ensure the production is properly protected at every location before the shoot day.

What if a location falls through at the last minute?

It happens. When it does, our extensive location network means we can typically identify and secure an alternative quickly. Having a contingency location identified in advance is something we recommend on all productions for exactly this reason.
