Our aim is to provide a bespoke and comprehensive filming service that our clients will return to again and again, including for multi-country projects.

During our careers we have established strong networks and relationships with crew and equipment suppliers, locations and agencies and transportation providers.

Think of your fixer as your own dedicated local producer. They can be an extension of your team locally at any stage of a project.

The more production support they provide behind the scenes, the more time you'll have available to focus purely on the filming.

During the pandemic we continued to work remotely on behalf of our clients. We harnessed the latest live streaming technology and continued a seamless client experience on filming days.

All productions are different particularly for production fixers. We tend to operate all over the industry so our production services and production support have to be consistent and highly bespoke.

Our domestic and international clients often require specific shoot dates, many with time constraints, so we know the importance of adaptability, communication and precision.

We recognise and thrive on this diversity and unpredictability always for our clients.

We offer an uncomplicated payroll service. We can hire and pay local crew using our network of trusted freelancers. Even streaming live our remote work for our clients to take part in.

While the industry was impacted by Covid-19 these measures allowed us to considerably mitigate this disruption. Now as the industry returns to normal our local crew make excellent additions to travelling crews again.

On every shoot we ensure our clients, crew and talent can have access to PPE and testing as well as following the latest recommended safety protocols.

After receiving your enquiry and requirements, we'll send over an itemised quote and arrange a call/zoom to discuss it with you - production budgets vary greatly so we recognise the importance of being flexible while balancing costs efficiently.

Using our local knowledge and established networks we want our bespoke filming support to leave our clients free to concentrate on their creative side.

Sourcing kit locally can reduce a lot of logistical problems. We frequently hire and pay for equipment using our trusted kit suppliers and local networks. These strong working relationships allow us access to the best equipment - often at discounted rates - for our film production support packages.

We'll take care of the booking, collecting and returning of equipment, even the insurance.

Kit van rental can be arranged also complete with generators, remote power, storage and shelving. While additional transportation is available including other production base kit, bathroom facilities and waste disposal. 

We often find and scout locations for our clients before they arrive and particularly when working remotely on projects. Then we will secure all necessary permissions and filming permits.

We can also provide location managers, studio hire and insurance - including public liability - as part of our location filming services.

We know a diverse set of locations, many with specially discounted rates - so don't forget to take advantage of our location knowledge!

We can help with your travel including booking hotels, flights and transfers for cast, clients and crew. We can also plan your shoot and travel schedules - our fixers are available 24/7 across the world's time zones.

Catering, drinks, snacks and sustenance while filming will be provided pre-packaged and we will always strive to ensure that any dietary requirements are met.

Casting, medics, per diems, set security and traffic management can be arranged where required also.

We will assign a production driver(s) and vehicle(s) to your project where required - including offering our clients airport transfers inbound and out.

Vehicles typically hired are 7/8/9 seaters, client splitters and minibuses. These can be booked to include coffee machines, generators, shelving, wifi, tables and even make-up rooms if required.

We can also provide van hire for art, camera and lighting, specialised production vehicles, SFX and mobile production bases.
